Special needs and concerns can always be adjusted for.  There are times where concerns for work schedules, children or pets must be taken into consideration.  Showings will be adjusted to best fit your schedule.

The Appointment Center. You will be notified prior to showings, and if you choose, you can mandate that you must approve all showings before they can happen.

All showings must be made through the Appointment Center.  An agent should never show up at your door unannounced. 

 

This is an issue that shouldn't become a problem!  Too often home sellers are pushed into using a "guaranteed sale program"  when they would be far better off without one.  There are different ways to successfully buy a home while having one to sell.  Guaranteed Sale Programs are expensive.  Often there is an applications fee, an inflated commission rate, a low ball buy out price, a list of things that the seller is expected to replace, an additional 1% purchase fee and months of other fees and charges.  The truth is, Real Estate companies are in the business to sell homes, not buy homes that are having a hard time selling.  Having been with a company that used the guaranteed sale program, I've found my clients are far better off without it than with it.

There are several alternatives.  Your needs differ from other people's.  Don't get painted into a corner by an agent who has only a few options to offer you!
