Selling Simplicity

While selling your home takes dedication and commitment, it shouldn't become a point of confusion for you.  While no agent can guarantee a perfectly smooth transaction, they should have the expertise to help you through the challenges that will occur.

The key to selling simplicity is sticking to the basics.  In selling any home, there are four basics.  First, how will communication be handled?  Second, what kind of exposure will your home have?  Third, how can you control how showings are done?  Fourth, how can you buy another home when you still have your current home to sell?

How will communication be handled?

Pre-showing email. Agents who have never seen your home will receive an email telling them how to show your home along with a strong request for feedback from their showing.

Appointment Center. When scheduling a showing, the showing agent will be asked for prompt feedback. The Appointment Center will also contact you about all showings.

StreetWatch. Keeping informed on the market is important. A search will be set up that will email about all home activity in your neighborhood.

Showing Feedback. Getting feedback from agents who show your home can sometimes be a challenge.  To help increase the feedback, agents are notified that their emailed feedback is copied to you, the home seller.  Not only does this encourage better feedback, but you will know "straight from the horse's mouth" what the potential buyers thought of your home.

Scheduled reviews. On a periodic basis, we will be contacting you to review showing activity, marketing and interest shown in your home so that any needed adjustments can be made to keep your home as desirable as possible to buyers.

Hits and Calls.  Emails will be sent showing the number of calls into the hotline and the number of times your home's Online Open House was viewed.

Attorney Review Program.  A free service for you.  When an offer or post inspection addendum is negotiated, a condition of the contract will be an attorney's review of all information entered on the form.  This will help protect you and legally clarify anything written into a standard contract.
