Jim was born in Cincinnati.  Due to his father's transfer by G.E., he graduated from high school in Daytona Beach, Fl.  He returned to Cincinnati to get his master's degree from Cincinnati Christian Seminary.  He is married to Melodie and have two children, Alex & Mindy.

       Taking on challenges has led him as child through scouting and as a youth to state level orchestras and symphonic bands.  Since then, he has spent time in a self-supporting role in Japan while assisting in getting a mission work established.  He also set the goal when he started karate in 1999 to get a black belt before his 45th birthday.  He was awarded a black belt with a month to spare.

        Currently Jim is enjoying his family, his involvement in their local congregation, Mt. Carmel Christian Church, and helping to make a difference in the life of his clients.
